About Me

I’m Brice Dreamer — a pharmaceutical engineering consultant and founder who helps ambitious teams translate big investments into measurable impact. My career has spanned capital program leadership, operating model design, and AI-powered product building for highly regulated environments.

Today I split my time between Dreamer Studios, where I advise global pharma companies on portfolio strategy and transformation, and Ravel Trips, a venture making bespoke travel planning more collaborative, transparent, and human. I thrive at the intersection of rigorous systems thinking and imaginative storytelling.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my two kids, playing reggae metal with my band, and experimenting with ways generative AI can empower teams. If you’re building something ambitious — in pharma, travel, or beyond — let’s talk.
